Background

The Telecom division of AITIA International Inc. is acknowledged as the leading Hungarian provider of telecommunications network monitoring systems, core network solutions and highly reliable application gateways. We provide advanced telecommunications equipment and solutions for GSM, GPRS, UMTS and LTE mobile networks as well as for IP-based data networks.

Our Signaling Generator and Analyzer (SGA) product family has emerged from our self-developed telecommunications interface cards inserted into economical, industrial grade PCs which can handle complex protocols and a very large volume of data due to our highly efficient application programs.

We supply full telecommunication network monitoring systems for UMTS and LTE, as well as complete application and testing solutions for the GSM and GPRS core networks. The wide variety of our signaling generators and analyzers ranges from EIR, roaming steering, roaming testing and SMS fraud detection equipment, which help maximizing revenue, to our USSD-based applications, which generate extra income by allowing easy-to-use value-added services for the end-user.

We customize our high end products for each of our market leading customers, including T-Mobile, Telenor, Vodafone and Invitel.

AITIA provides root cause analysis research in the MANTIS Project

The main objective of the MANTIS Project is set to develop a cyber-physical system based proactive maintenance service platform architecture to enable collaborative maintenance ecosystems throughout the whole supply chain. Such automated maintenance systems can further enhance competitiveness and also deepen business relations across Europe. This Horizon 2020 research program is funded by both the European Union and the Hungarian government. AITIA, in tight cooperation with the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, participates in several research areas including fault detection and root cause analysis using data mining and data processing technologies.
